Service Charges

  • Non-Refundable Charges All service charges for our plans, including Rs. 499, Rs. 999, and managed services up to Rs. 30,000, are strictly non-refundable.

Exceptions

  • Technical Errors Refunds will only be considered in case of a technical error caused by the bank or payment gateway during the transaction process.

Refund Request Process

  • Written Requests Any refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team at hello@maidsy.in or through our official contact form.
  • Processing Time If approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of approval. The refunded amount will be credited to your bank account within this timeframe, depending on your bank's policies.
